Soak the pork in clean water for about 20 minutes, then drain well. Meanwhile, peel the taro and cut it into even slices, and finely slice or chop the ginger.
Prepare the seasoning mixture in a small bowl with light soy sauce and seasoning, stirring until evenly combined.
Prepare the black rice and rice mixture in a small heatproof bowl, add the appropriate amount of water, and set aside for steaming.
Place the taro in a separate small heatproof dish and season lightly, tossing the pieces so they are evenly coated.
Add the prepared seasoning mixture and ginger to the drained pork. Mix thoroughly so every piece is coated, then allow the pork to absorb the seasoning briefly.
Add the steaming rice flour to the seasoned pork and mix until each piece is evenly coated. Arrange the pork neatly in a heatproof serving dish, then place the pork, rice and taro dishes together on the cooking tray.
Place the tray in the ShellBake S1 12L and select the Steam function. Steam until the pork is tender and completely cooked through, the rice is soft and the taro is fork-tender. Carefully remove the dishes and serve everything warm as a complete dinner for one.
