Place 75 g of softened butter in a mixing bowl, add 30 g of powdered sugar, and mix until the butter is smooth, pale and evenly combined with the sugar.
Add the egg liquid in three additions, about 15 g each time. Mix thoroughly after each addition before adding the next portion so the egg is fully incorporated and the mixture remains smooth.
Sift in 120 g of cake flour and 20 g of cornstarch, then fold and press the mixture together until a soft, uniform dough forms. Avoid overmixing once the flour has been added.
Transfer the dough to a clean work surface, divide it into manageable pieces, and gently flatten each portion to an even thickness.
Use a small star-shaped cutter to cut out the cookies. Gather the remaining dough, gently press it together again, and continue cutting until all the dough is used.
Arrange the star-shaped cookies in a single layer on a lined baking tray, leaving a small amount of space between each piece. Place the tray in the LumiBake S1 Pro 18L, select the Cookies mode, and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
Carefully remove the tray and allow the cookies to cool before serving. They will become crisper as they cool.
